An-Nur • Ayah 46 of 64 • English

لَقَدْ أَنْزَلْنَا آيَاتٍ مُبَيِّنَاتٍ ۚ وَاللَّهُ يَهْدِي مَنْ يَشَاءُ إِلَىٰ صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ

Translation:

We have certainly sent down distinct verses. And Allah guides whom He wills to a straight path. An-Nur 24:46 ^⧉

Tafsir:

Tafsir excerpt from An-Nur 24:43 ^⧉

مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مِن جِبَالٍ فِيهَا

From the sky mountains (of clouds) having hail in them - 43.

Here the word سَمَاء is purported for clouds, and Jibal جِبَالٍ (mountains) for big masses of clouds, while hails are called Barad.
