And do not argue on behalf of those who deceive themselves. Indeed, Allah loves not one who is a habitually sinful deceiver. An-Nisa 4:107 ⧉
Tafsir:
In the third verse An-Nisa 4:107 ⧉, it has been emphatically asserted once again that the Messenger of Allah should not defend those who are disloyal and treacherous, for Allah does not like them.
