Translation:

And water poured out Al-Waqi'ah 56:31 ^⧉

Tafsir:

وَمَاءٍ مَّسْكُوبٍ (...and water, poured forth...Al-Waqi'ah 56:31 ^⧉) This means the water will be flowing constantly on the surface of the ground.
