At the end of At-Tawbah 9:11 ⧉, the text stresses upon the need to abide by given injunctions, regarding those covered under a treaty and those who have repented, by saying: وَنُفَصِّلُ الْآيَاتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ (And We elaborate the verses for people who understand).
