Al-Furqan • Ayah 73 of 77 • Anglo-Saxon English

وَالَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِّرُوا بِآيَاتِ رَبِّهِمْ لَمْ يَخِرُّوا عَلَيْهَا صُمًّا وَعُمْيَانًا

Translation:

Those who, when they are admonished with the Signs of their Lord, droop not down at them as if they were deaf or blind; Al-Furqan 25:73 ^⧉

Tafsir:

The tafsir of this ayah is mentioned in Al-Furqan 25:74 ^⧉

Every man with a family is the leader (imam) of his family. If his family members are God-fearing, he is the imam of God-fearing people. But if his family members are forgetful of God, he is at the head of those who are oblivious of God.
