هُوَ الْحَيُّ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ فَادْعُوهُ مُخْلِصِينَ لَهُ الدِّينَ ۗ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ 65
Translation:
He is the Living (One): There is no god but He: Call upon Him, giving Him sincere devotion. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds! Ghafir 40:65 ⧉
Tafsir:
This verse invokes a true subject of God to ‘call upon Him, giving Him sincere devotion’. It means that any form of obeisance and worship should be for the One and only God.
