Surah Al-Ahzab — Ayah 60 (Anglo-Saxon English) — Video

Al-Ahzab • Ayah 60 of 73 • Anglo-Saxon English

Translation:
Truly, if the Hypocrites, and those in whose hearts is a disease, and those who stir up sedition in the City, desist not, We shall certainly stir thee up against them: Then will they not be able to stay in it as thy neighbours for any length of time: Al-Ahzab 33:60
Tafsir:
The tafsir of this ayah is mentioned in Al-Ahzab 33:61
When a Muslim woman leaves her house on an errand, she should be so clad as to give the impression that she is a well-bred, respectable, modest woman, and that she has left her home for some serious need and not to make merry or to go in search of entertainment. Simple apparel, a modest gait, the body properly covered, etc.—these are the symbols of that approach.
