Surah Al-A'raf — Ayah 188 (Anglo-Saxon English) — Video

Al-A'raf • Ayah 188 of 206 • Anglo-Saxon English

Translation:
Say: "I have no power over any good or harm to myself except as Allah willeth. If I had knowledge of the unseen, I should have multiplied all good, and no evil should have touched me: I am but a warner, and a bringer of glad tidings to those who have faith." Al-A'raf 7:188
Tafsir:
‘On which day will Doomsday occur?’ Questions of this sort are produced by non-serious minds. Only the sincere will believe in the Day of Judgement, without wanting to know the exact date of its occurrence. As this world is a place of testing, Doomsday will be indicated here in terms of caution and warning alone.
