وَإِنَّهُ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ لَشَهِيدٌ
Wainnahu AAala thalika lashaheedun (7)
( وإنه على ذلك لشهيد ) قال [ أكثر المفسرين ] : وإن الله على كونه كنودا لشاهد . وقال ابن كيسان : الهاء راجعة إلى الإنسان أي : إنه شاهد على نفسه بما يصنع .
And indeed, he is witness to the goodness he is hesitant in giving; he cannot deny it because of its clarity.
