قُلْ مَنْ رَبُّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ قُلِ اللَّهُ ۚ قُلْ أَفَاتَّخَذْتُمْ مِنْ دُونِهِ أَوْلِيَاءَ لَا يَمْلِكُونَ لِأَنْفُسِهِمْ نَفْعًا وَلَا ضَرًّا ۚ قُلْ هَلْ يَسْتَوِي الْأَعْمَىٰ وَالْبَصِيرُ أَمْ هَلْ تَسْتَوِي الظُّلُمَاتُ وَالنُّورُ ۗ أَمْ جَعَلُوا لِلَّهِ شُرَكَاءَ خَلَقُوا كَخَلْقِهِ فَتَشَابَهَ الْخَلْقُ عَلَيْهِمْ ۚ قُلِ اللَّهُ خَالِقُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ وَهُوَ الْوَاحِدُ الْقَهَّارُ
Qul man rabbu alssamawati waalardi quli Allahu qul afaittakhathtum min doonihi awliyaa la yamlikoona lianfusihim nafAAan wala darran qul hal yastawee alaAAma waalbaseeru am hal tastawee alththulumatu waalnnooru am jaAAaloo lillahi shurakaa khalaqoo kakhalqihi fatashabaha alkhalqu AAalayhim quli Allahu khaliqu kulli shayin wahuwa alwahidu alqahharu (16)
قوله تعالى : ( قل من رب السماوات والأرض ) أي : خالقهما ومدبرهما [ فسيقولون الله ] لأنهم يقرون بأن الله خالقهم وخالق السماوات والأرض ، فإذا أجابوك فقل أنت أيضا يا محمد : " الله " . وروي أنه لما قال هذا للمشركين عطفوا عليه فقالوا : أجب أنت ، فأمره الله عز وجل فقال : ( قل الله ) .
ثم قال الله لهم إلزاما للحجة : ( قل أفاتخذتم من دونه أولياء ) معناه : إنكم مع إقراركم بأن الله خالق السماوات والأرض اتخذتم من دونه أولياء فعبدتموها من دون الله ، يعني : الأصنام ، وهم ( لا يملكون لأنفسهم نفعا ولا ضرا ) فكيف يملكون لكم ؟
ثم ضرب لهم مثلا فقال : ( قل هل يستوي الأعمى والبصير ) كذلك لا يستوي الكافر والمؤمن ( أم هل تستوي ) قرأ حمزة ، والكسائي ، وأبو بكر " يستوي " بالياء ، وقرأ الآخرون بالتاء لأنه لا حائل بين الاسم والفعل المؤنث . ( الظلمات والنور ) أي : كما لا يستوي الظلمات والنور لا يستوي الكفر والإيمان .
( أم جعلوا ) أي : جعلوا ( شركاء خلقوا كخلقه فتشابه الخلق عليهم ) أي : اشتبه ما خلقوه بما خلقه الله تعالى فلا يدرون ما خلق الله وما خلق آلهتهم .
( قل الله خالق كل شيء وهو الواحد القهار ) ثم ضرب الله تعالى مثلين للحق والباطل ، فقال عز وجل :
Say, O Messenger, to the disbelievers who worship others together with Allah: Who is the creator and the controller of the heavens and the earth? Say, O Messenger, It is Allah who is their Creator and Controller and you acknowledge this. Say, O Messenger, to them: Have you taken for yourselves protectors other than Allah who are themselves helpless! They cannot draw any benefit for themselves nor remove any harm. How then will they be able to do so for others? Say to them, O Messenger, Is the disbeliever, who has no insight, equal to the believer who can see and who is guided? And is disbelief, which is layers of darkness, equal to faith, which is light? Have they assigned in the creation partners to Allah, may He be glorified, who have created anything like Allah’s creation so that their creation is indistinguishable from His? Say to them, O Messenger, Allah alone is the Creator of all things. He has no partner in creation. He is the One and Only deity, who solely deserves to be worshipped, and He is the All Compelling.
