أَلَمْ تَرَ كَيْفَ ضَرَبَ اللَّهُ مَثَلًا كَلِمَةً طَيِّبَةً كَشَجَرَةٍ طَيِّبَةٍ أَصْلُهَا ثَابِتٌ وَفَرْعُهَا فِي السَّمَاءِ
Alam tara kayfa daraba Allahu mathalan kalimatan tayyibatan kashajaratin tayyibatin asluha thabitun wafarAAuha fee alssamai (24)
( ألم تر كيف ضرب الله مثلا ) ألم تعلم ، والمثل : قول سائر لتشبيه شيء بشيء . ( كلمة طيبة ) وهي قول : لا إله إلا الله ( كشجرة طيبة ) وهي النخلة يريد كشجرة طيبة الثمر .
وقال ظبيان ، عن ابن عباس هي شجرة في الجنة .
( أصلها ثابت ) في الأرض ( وفرعها ) أعلاها ( في السماء ) كذلك أصل هذه الكلمة : راسخ في قلب المؤمن بالمعرفة والتصديق ، فإذا تكلم بها عرجت ، فلا تحجب حتى تنتهي إلى الله عز وجل . قال الله تعالى : ( إليه يصعد الكلم الطيب والعمل الصالح يرفعه ) ( فاطر - 10 ) .
O Messenger, do you not know how Allah presented an example of the monotheistic phrase: “There is no deity but Allah”, when He likened it to an excellent tree, the date palm. Its trunk shoots into the earth’s floor and it drinks water with its excellent roots. Its branches reach out into the sky, drinking from the moisture and inhaling the good wind.
