إِنَّمَا سُلْطَانُهُ عَلَى الَّذِينَ يَتَوَلَّوْنَهُ وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ بِهِ مُشْرِكُونَ
Innama sultanuhu AAala allatheena yatawallawnahu waallatheena hum bihi mushrikoona (100)
( إنما سلطانه على الذين يتولونه ) يطيعونه ويدخلون في ولايته ، ( والذين هم به مشركون ) أي : بالله مشركون . وقيل : الكناية راجعة إلى الشيطان ، ومجازه الذين هم من أجله مشركون بالله .
He only has authority by means of His whispering over those who take him as an ally and follow him in his luring and those who because of such luring associate partners with Allah whom they worship along with Him.
