قُلْ مَنْ كَانَ فِي الضَّلَالَةِ فَلْيَمْدُدْ لَهُ الرَّحْمَٰنُ مَدًّا ۚ حَتَّىٰ إِذَا رَأَوْا مَا يُوعَدُونَ إِمَّا الْعَذَابَ وَإِمَّا السَّاعَةَ فَسَيَعْلَمُونَ مَنْ هُوَ شَرٌّ مَكَانًا وَأَضْعَفُ جُنْدًا
Qul man kana fee alddalalati falyamdud lahu alrrahmanu maddan hatta itha raaw ma yooAAadoona imma alAAathaba waimma alssaAAata fasayaAAlamoona man huwa sharrun makanan waadAAafu jundan (75)
( قل من كان في الضلالة فليمدد له الرحمن مدا ) هذا أمر بمعنى الخبر معناه : يدعه في طغيانه ويمهله في كفره ( حتى إذا رأوا ما يوعدون إما العذاب ) وهو الأسر والقتل في الدنيا ( وإما الساعة ) يعني : القيامة فيدخلون النار ( فسيعلمون ) عند ذلك ( من هو شر مكانا ) منزلا ( وأضعف جندا ) أقل ناصرا أهم أم المؤمنون؟ لأنهم في النار والمؤمنون في الجنة وهذا رد عليهم في قوله ( أي الفريقين خير مقاما وأحسن نديا )
Say - O Messenger: The Merciful will grant respite to those wallowing in their misguidance, so that they fall further into it, until when they see what they have been warned about- either the swift punishment in this world or the punishment postponed to the Day of Judgment - then they will realise who is worse situated and who has the weakest forces. Is it their party or the party of the believers.
