Walaqad anzalna ilayka ayatin bayyinatin wama yakfuru biha illa alfasiqoona (99)
{ولقد أنزلنا إليك آيات بينات} واضحات مفصلات بالحلال والحرام والحدود والأحكام.
{وما يكفر بها إلا الفاسقون} الخارجون عن أمر الله عز وجل.
