ثُمَّ إِنَّكُمْ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ لَمَيِّتُونَ
Thumma innakum baAAda thalika lamayyitoona (15)
( ثم إنكم بعد ذلك لميتون ) والميت - بالتشديد - والمائت الذي لم يمت بعد وسيموت ، والميت - بالتخفيف - : من مات ، ولذلك لم يجز التخفيف هاهنا ، كقوله : " إنك ميت وإنهم ميتون " ( الزمر - 30 ) .
