وَإِذَا بَطَشْتُمْ بَطَشْتُمْ جَبَّارِينَ

Waitha batashtum batashtum jabbareena ⁽¹³⁰⁾

Tafsir

( وإذا بطشتم ) أخذتم وسطوتم ، ( بطشتم جبارين ) قتلا بالسيف وضربا بالسوط ، " والجبار " : الذي يقتل ويضرب على الغضب .

“And when you attack a place, you attack like tyrants, killing and with violence, showing no kindness or mercy.”
