إِنْ هَٰذَا إِلَّا خُلُقُ الْأَوَّلِينَ
In hatha illa khuluqu alawwaleena (137)
( إن هذا ) ما هذا ( إلا خلق الأولين ) قرأ ابن كثير ، وأبو جعفر ، وأبو عمرو ، والكسائي ، ويعقوب : " خلق " بفتح الخاء وسكون اللام ، أي : اختلاق الأولين وكذبهم دليل هذه القراءة قوله تعالى : " وتخلقون إفكا " ( العنكبوت - 17 ) ، وقرأ الآخرون " خلق " بضم الخاء واللام ، أي : عادة الأولين من قبلنا ، وأمرهم أنهم يعيشون ما عاشوا ثم يموتون ولا بعث ولا حساب .
