وَهُوَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۖ لَهُ الْحَمْدُ فِي الْأُولَىٰ وَالْآخِرَةِ ۖ وَلَهُ الْحُكْمُ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ
Wahuwa Allahu la ilaha illa huwa lahu alhamdu fee aloola waalakhirati walahu alhukmu wailayhi turjaAAoona (70)
( وهو الله لا إله إلا هو له الحمد في الأولى والآخرة ) يحمده أولياؤه في الدنيا ، ويحمدونه في الآخرة في الجنة ، ( وله الحكم ) فصل القضاء بين الخلق . قال ابن عباس - رضي الله عنهما - : حكم لأهل طاعته بالمغفرة ولأهل معصيته بالشقاء ، ( وإليه ترجعون )
And He is Allah besides whom there is no true deity. For Him alone is praise in this world and for Him is praise in the afterlife. For Him is the decree which is implemented and which nothing can repel. And to Him alone you will be returned on the day of judgment for reckoning and recompense.
