30 Ar-Rum(الروم), Ayah 17

فَسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ حِينَ تُمْسُونَ وَحِينَ تُصْبِحُونَ

Fasubhana Allahi heena tumsoona waheena tusbihoona ⁽¹⁷⁾

Tafsir

قوله تعالى : ( فسبحان الله ) أي : سبحوا الله ، ومعناه : ( حين تمسون ) أي : تدخلون في المساء ، وهو صلاة المغرب والعشاء ( وحين تصبحون ) أي : تدخلون في الصباح ، وهو صلاة الصبح .

So glorify Allah when you enter the night, the time of the two night prayers: Al-Maghrib and Al-‘Ishā, and also glorify Him when you enter the morning: the time of the Fajr prayer.
