فَاصْبِرْ إِنَّ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ حَقٌّ ۖ وَلَا يَسْتَخِفَّنَّكَ الَّذِينَ لَا يُوقِنُونَ
Faisbir inna waAAda Allahi haqqun wala yastakhiffannaka allatheena la yooqinoona (60)
( فاصبر إن وعد الله حق ) في نصرتك وإظهارك على عدوك ( ولا يستخفنك ) لا يستجهلنك ، معناه : لا يحملنك الذين لا يوقنون على الجهل واتباعهم في الغي . وقيل : لا يستخفن رأيك وحلمك ( الذين لا يوقنون ) بالبعث والحساب .
O Messenger! Bear patience on the rejection of your people of you. Indeed, Allah’s promise to you of help and establishment no doubt remains. Let not those who do not believe they are going to be resurrected, lead you to become hasty and impatient.
