لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِنَّ فِي آبَائِهِنَّ وَلَا أَبْنَائِهِنَّ وَلَا إِخْوَانِهِنَّ وَلَا أَبْنَاءِ إِخْوَانِهِنَّ وَلَا أَبْنَاءِ أَخَوَاتِهِنَّ وَلَا نِسَائِهِنَّ وَلَا مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُنَّ ۗ وَاتَّقِينَ اللَّهَ ۚ إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَانَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدًا
La junaha AAalayhinna fee abaihinna wala abnaihinna wala ikhwanihinna wala abnai ikhwanihinna wala abnai akhawatihinna wala nisaihinna wala ma malakat aymanuhunna waittaqeena Allaha inna Allaha kana AAala kulli shayin shaheedan (55)
( لا جناح عليهن في ءابائهن ولا أبنائهن ولا إخوانهن ولا أبناء إخوانهن ولا أبناء أخواتهن ) أي : لا إثم عليهن في ترك الاحتجاب من هؤلاء ) ( ولا نسائهن ) قيل : أراد به النساء المسلمات ، حتى لا يجوز للكتابيات الدخول عليهن ، وقيل : هو عام في المسلمات والكتابيات ، وإنما قال : " ولا نسائهن " ، لأنهن من أجناسهن ( ولا ما ملكت أيمانهن )
واختلفوا في أن عبد المرأة هل يكون محرما لها أم لا ؟ .
فقال قوم يكون محرما لقوله - عز وجل - : " ولا ما ملكت أيمانهن .
وقال قوم : هو كالأجانب ، والمراد من الآية الإماء دون العبيد .
( واتقين الله ) أن يراكن غير هؤلاء ( إن الله كان على كل شيء ) من أعمال العباد ) ( شهيدا )
There is no sin on the wives of the Messenger if their fathers, sons, brothers, nephews, from lineage or breast feeding, see them and talk to them without a veil. And there is no sin on them if believing women or the servants they possess talk to them without a veil. O believing women! Be mindful of Allah in whatever He (may He be glorified) has commanded you to do and prohibited you from, because He is Watchful over what you do.
