فَلَا يَحْزُنْكَ قَوْلُهُمْ ۘ إِنَّا نَعْلَمُ مَا يُسِرُّونَ وَمَا يُعْلِنُونَ
Fala yahzunka qawluhum inna naAAlamu ma yusirroona wama yuAAlinoona (76)
( فلا يحزنك قولهم ) يعني : قول كفار مكة في تكذيبك ( إنا نعلم ما يسرون ) في ضمائرهم من التكذيب ( وما يعلنون ) من عبادة الأصنام أو ما يعلنون بألسنتهم من الأذى .
O Messenger! Do not let their statements grieve you: that you have not been sent as a messenger, or that you are a poet, and other slander they fire towards you. Indeed, I know what they say privately and publicly, nothing is hidden from Me and I will requite them for it.
