فَاصْبِرْ إِنَّ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ حَقٌّ وَاسْتَغْفِرْ لِذَنْبِكَ وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ بِالْعَشِيِّ وَالْإِبْكَارِ
Faisbir inna waAAda Allahi haqqun waistaghfir lithanbika wasabbih bihamdi rabbika bialAAashiyyi waalibkari (55)
( فاصبر ) يا محمد على أذاهم ، ( إن وعد الله ) في إظهار دينك وإهلاك أعدائك ) ( حق ) قال الكلبي : نسخت آية القتال آية الصبر ، ( واستغفر لذنبك ) هذا تعبد من الله ليزيده به درجة وليصير سنة لمن بعده ، ( وسبح بحمد ربك ) صل شاكرا لربك ( بالعشي والإبكار ) قال الحسن : يعني صلاة العصر وصلاة الفجر . وقال ابن عباس : الصلوات الخمس .
O Messenger, be patient on the denial and harm by your people which you face. Allah’s promise of help and support to you is true without doubt. And seek forgiveness for your sin and glorify the praise of your Lord at the beginning and end of the day.
