وَأَنَّهُ هُوَ أَمَاتَ وَأَحْيَا

Waannahu huwa amata waahya ⁽⁴⁴⁾

Tafsir

" وأنه هو أمات وأحيا "، أي: أمات في الدنيا وأحيا بالبعث. وقيل: أمات الآباء وأحيا الأبناء. وقيل: أمات الكافر بالنكرة وأحيا المؤمن بالمعرفة.

And that He causes the living to die in the world and brings the dead to life by resurrection.
