مَنْ يُصْرَفْ عَنْهُ يَوْمَئِذٍ فَقَدْ رَحِمَهُ ۚ وَذَٰلِكَ الْفَوْزُ الْمُبِينُ
Man yusraf AAanhu yawmaithin faqad rahimahu wathalika alfawzu almubeenu (16)
( من يصرف عنه ) يعني : من يصرف العذاب عنه ، قرأ حمزة والكسائي وأبو بكر عن عاصم ويعقوب " يصرف " بفتح الياء وكسر الراء ، أي : من يصرف الله عنه العذاب ، لقوله : " فقد رحمه " وقرأ الآخرون بضم الياء وفتح الراء ، ( يومئذ ) يعني : يوم القيامة ، ( فقد رحمه وذلك الفوز المبين ) أي : النجاة البينة .
The person from whom Allah keeps away and removes the punishment on the Day of Rising has attained success through the mercy of Allah. Such salvation and safety from the punishment is a clear victory which no other victory can equal.
