إِلَّا عَلَىٰ أَزْوَاجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ
Illa AAala azwajihim aw ma malakat aymanuhum fainnahum ghayru maloomeena (30)
"إلا على أزواجهم أو ما ملكت أيمانهم فإنهم غير ملومين".
Except from their wives or the servant girls they possess, because they are not blameworthy in enjoying them through sexual intercourse or anything less.
