فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ الْمَشَارِقِ وَالْمَغَارِبِ إِنَّا لَقَادِرُونَ

Fala oqsimu birabbi almashariqi waalmagharibi inna laqadiroona ⁽⁴⁰⁾

Tafsir

"فلا أقسم برب المشارق والمغارب"، يعني مشرق كل يوم من أيام السنة ومغربه، "إنا لقادرون".

Allah takes an oath on the Lord of the rising places of the sun and the moon. Indeed, Allah is the Capable.
