مِنْ نُطْفَةٍ خَلَقَهُ فَقَدَّرَهُ

Min nutfatin khalaqahu faqaddarahu ⁽¹⁹⁾

Tafsir

ثم فسره فقال: "من نطفة خلقه فقدره"، أطواراً: نطفة ثم علقة إلى آخر خلقه، قال الكلبي: قدر خلقه، رأسه وعينيه ويديه ورجليه.

He created him from a small amount of fluid, and managed his creation in stages.
