88 Al-Ghashiyah(الغاشية), Ayah 23

إِلَّا مَنْ تَوَلَّىٰ وَكَفَرَ

Illa man tawalla wakafara ⁽²³⁾

Tafsir

"إلا من تولى وكفر"، استثناء منقطع عما قبله، معناه: لكن من تولى وكفر بعد التذكير.

But, those of them who turn away from faith and reject Allah and His messenger.
