أَفَأَمِنَ الَّذِينَ مَكَرُوا السَّيِّئَاتِ أَنْ يَخْسِفَ اللَّهُ بِهِمُ الْأَرْضَ أَوْ يَأْتِيَهُمُ الْعَذَابُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَشْعُرُونَ 45
Transliteration:
Afaamina allatheena makaroo alssayyiati an yakhsifa Allahu bihimu alarda aw yatiyahumu alAAathabu min haythu la yashAAuroona An-Nahl 16:45 ⧉
Tafsir:

( أفأمن الذين مكروا ) عملوا ( السيئات ) من قبل ، يعني نمرود بن كنعان وغيره من الكفار ، ( أن يخسف الله بهم الأرض أو يأتيهم العذاب من حيث لا يشعرون )

Do those who make plots to prevent people from Allah’s path feel secure that Allah will not cause the earth to cave in with them as He caused it to cave in with Qarun, or that the punishment will not come to them from where they least expect.
