ثُمَّ أَرْسَلْنَا مُوسَىٰ وَأَخَاهُ هَارُونَ بِآيَاتِنَا وَسُلْطَانٍ مُبِينٍ 45
Transliteration:
Thumma arsalna moosa waakhahu haroona biayatina wasultanin mubeenin Al-Mu'minun 23:45 ⧉
Tafsir:

( ثم أرسلنا موسى وأخاه هارون بآياتنا وسلطان مبين ) أي بحجة بينة من اليد والعصا . وغيرهما .

I then sent Moses and his brother Aaron with nine of My signs: the Staff, the Hand, locusts, lice, frogs, blood, floods, drought and shortage of produce, and with clear proof.
