( قوم فرعون ألا يتقون ) ألا يصرفون عن أنفسهم عقوبة الله بطاعته . )
These were the people of Pharaoh. He should instruct them gently and softly to be mindful of Allah by fulfilling His instructions and avoiding His prohibitions.
