( الذين يفسدون في الأرض ) بالمعاصي ، ( ولا يصلحون ) لا يطيعون الله فيما أمرهم به .

“Those who cause corruption on Earth by spreading sins and do not rectify themselves by holding on to the obedience of Allah.”
