Al-Qasas • Ayah 71 of 88 • Transliteration


قُلْ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِنْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْكُمُ اللَّيْلَ سَرْمَدًا إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ مَنْ إِلَٰهٌ غَيْرُ اللَّهِ يَأْتِيكُمْ بِضِيَاءٍ ۖ أَفَلَا تَسْمَعُونَ 71
Transliteration:
Qul araaytum in jaAAala Allahu AAalaykumu allayla sarmadan ila yawmi alqiyamati man ilahun ghayru Allahi yateekum bidiyain afala tasmaAAoona Al-Qasas 28:71 ⧉
Tafsir:

قوله - عز وجل - : ( قل أرأيتم ) أخبروني يا أهل مكة ( إن جعل الله عليكم الليل سرمدا ) دائما ، ( إلى يوم القيامة ) لا نهار معه ، ( من إله غير الله يأتيكم بضياء ) بنهار تطلبون فيه المعيشة ، ( أفلا تسمعون ) سماع فهم وقبول .

Say - O Messenger, to these idolaters: Tell me if Allah were to make the light last continuously for you, without any break until the Day of Judgment, which god besides Allah can bring you light like that of day? Do you not hear these proofs and know that there is no god besides Allah who can bring that to you?
