أَلَا إِنَّهُمْ فِي مِرْيَةٍ مِنْ لِقَاءِ رَبِّهِمْ ۗ أَلَا إِنَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ مُحِيطٌ 54
Transliteration:
Ala innahum fee miryatin min liqai rabbihim ala innahu bikulli shayin muheetun Fussilat 41:54 ⧉
Tafsir:

( ألا إنهم في مرية من لقاء ربهم ) في شك من البعث ، ( ألا إنه بكل شيء محيط ) أحاط بكل شيء علما .

Surely, these idolaters doubt the meeting of their Lord on the Day of Judgement as they deny resurrection and they dont believe in the afterlife. Therefore, they do not prepare for it with righteous action. Indeed, Allah’s knowledge and power encompasses everything.
