" والكتاب المبين "، أقسم بالكتاب الذي أبان طريق الهدى من طريق الضلالة، وأبان ما تحتاج إليه الأمة من الشريعة.
Allah takes an oath on the Qur’ān which clearly explains the path of guidance towards the truth.
