Adh-Dhariyat • Ayah 4 of 60 • Transliteration
" فالمقسمات أمراً "، هي الملائكة يقسمون الأمور بين الخلق على ما أمروا به، أقسم بهذه الأشياء لما فيها من الدلالة على صنعه وقدرته.
And by the angels which distribute the matters of the servants which Allah has ordered them to distribute.
