( وفي ثمود إذ قيل لهم تمتعوا حتى حين ) يعني وقت فناء آجالهم ، وذلك أنهم لما عقروا الناقة قيل لهم : تمتعوا ثلاثة أيام .
And in Thamud, the people of Salih (peace be upon him), is a sign for the one who fears the painful punishment, when it was said to them: “Enjoy yourselves before your life comes to an end”.
