Al-Ma'arij • Ayah 18 of 44 • Transliteration
"وجمع"، أي: جمع المال، "فأوعى"، أمسكه في الوعاء ولم يؤد حق الله منه.
And whoever amassed wealth, withholding from spending it in the path of Allah.
