إِنَّهُ هُوَ يُبْدِئُ وَيُعِيدُ

Transliteration:

Innahu huwa yubdio wayuAAeedu Al-Buruj 85:13 ^⧉

Tafsir:

"إنه هو يبدئ ويعيد"، أي يخلقهم أولاً في الدنيا ثم يعيدهم أحياءً بعد الموت.

He begins the creation and the punishment and repeats them.
