Transliteration:

Waalqurani alhakeemi Ya-Sin 36:2 ^⧉

Tafsir:

" والقرآن الحكيم ".

Allah takes an oath by the Qur’ān, whose verses have been perfectly constructed, and to which no falsehood comes neither from in front of nor behind it.
