وَلَا تَجْعَلْ يَدَكَ مَغْلُولَةً إِلَىٰ عُنُقِكَ وَلَا تَبْسُطْهَا كُلَّ الْبَسْطِ فَتَقْعُدَ مَلُومًا مَحْسُورًا ٢٩ i
And do not make your hand [as] chained to your neck or extend it completely and [thereby] become blamed and insolvent. (29)
