Surah Al-Quraish (The Quraish) سُورَة قريش

Surah Al-Quraish is the 106th chapter of the Quran, consisting of 4 verses. It emphasizes gratitude to Allah for His blessings and protection, especially for the tribe of Quraish, who were granted security and prosperity. Below are the verses of this Surah.

Translation: Surah Quraysh (Quraysh) سُورَة قريش

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ

i

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

لِإِيلَافِ قُرَيْشٍ ١ i

For the covenants (of security and safeguard enjoyed) by the Quraish, (1)

إِيلَافِهِمْ رِحْلَةَ الشِّتَاءِ وَالصَّيْفِ ٢ i

Their covenants (covering) journeys by winter and summer,- (2)

فَلْيَعْبُدُوا رَبَّ هَٰذَا الْبَيْتِ ٣ i

Let them adore the Lord of this House, (3)

الَّذِي أَطْعَمَهُمْ مِنْ جُوعٍ وَآمَنَهُمْ مِنْ خَوْفٍ ٤ i

Who provides them with food against hunger, and with security against fear (of danger). (4)
