25 Al-Furqan(الفرقان), Ayah 73

وَالَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِّرُوا بِآيَاتِ رَبِّهِمْ لَمْ يَخِرُّوا عَلَيْهَا صُمًّا وَعُمْيَانًا 73 ٧٣

Those who, when they are admonished with the Signs of their Lord, droop not down at them as if they were deaf or blind; (73)

Tafsir
Every man with a family is the leader (imam) of his family. If his family members are God-fearing, he is the imam of God-fearing people. But if his family members are forgetful of God, he is at the head of those who are oblivious of God.
